Because Julchen’s music taste is somehow related to mine, she showed up on my neighbours page on last.fm. I contacted her because she is living in my city and because I thought she might be someone who might broaden my music taste with additional bands and songs that i don’t knew at that time, which of course became true.

I am happy that she introduced me to some great new artists and songs. Eventually we met on an austrian music festival and camped there as neighbours.

We started a project together which is called subcultures.at, an independent german languaged weblog with topics on society, music, traveling, philosophy and more. She is a very talented author and I am very happy that I met her.

I am also still very impressed that she went on Interrail already which I wanted to do for some time but didn’t realize yet.

ichigo is a good friend of mine.
we can talk about and discuss nearly everthing for hours ;-)
now, as i am living in another country for a while, i really miss spending time with him and my other friends at home!

Cori is a smart, open minded girl and she really loves to discuss and philosophize. She has the tendency to dislike new software that I try to recommend to her but I have to cope with that.

She loves foreign culture and appears to become sort of obsessed when she meets people with other nationalities. She is also really into languages and loves to have conversations with those people.

One thing that also reminds me of her constantly are 2CVs. The popular french cult cars from citroen. She also travels to 2CV world meetings and that stuff.

She is going to leave Vienna because she is heading to Guatemala later this month. As far as I know she plans to stay there for about half a year and I am certainly going to miss her a lot during that time.

I hope we stay in contact and I think this is going to work because of the wonderful opportunities the internet provides. I hope she has an interesting time and meets lots of nice people there.
